FAI : Injector Cleaning and Testing Machine

• Machine can clean & test up to 4 injectors simultaneously for all type of mpfi vehicles.
• Tank capacity is 10 ltrs. And weight of the machine is 47 kgs. approx. With empty tank.
• Machine can operate either on 230 v ac ± 10% or 12 v dc@15 amp. battery supply.
• Machine will give “alarm” at the end of each cleaning & testing operation.
• Different types of injectors can be tested without any ‘o-ring’and ‘wiring cable’ replacement.
• Any operation can be “hold” at any time during cleaning & testing.
• Separate digital voltmeter and digital chemical level display is provided to indicate incoming ac supply and chemical level in the machine respectively.
• Machine will depressurize the rail after cleaning & testing by “drain” key to avoid any wastage of chemical.
